For Netflix’s cannabis-themed sitcom Disjointed, I directed and animated a psychedelic interlude exploring the backstory of Carter, one of the show’s central characters. The sequence was designed as a trippy, emotionally resonant detour — blending surreal visuals with character depth to elevate the comedy and give viewers a moment of unexpected poignancy.
